ah israel....
rude and noisy people, dirt abound, everything sun bleached and a bit shabby;
israel.
hit the kosel last friday night with the school; nice.
spent the other 23 hours sleeping and shooting pool.
sat. night- kicked it with the teen scene in ben yehuda.
sunday- hit some septic hole in tel aviv where they harbor rafts of medusas (and arrogantly/naively? call them boats) sat around in the bird dung playing in the sand.
monday met up with 2 old pals from hashkafa.com.
um.... nothing much for today, but tomorrow..... can't wait till tomorrow.

First one yay. Sounds like fun. You will get used to the noisy people. Nice that you had a little h.com meet. Enjoy!

There is hope for you yet!!!
sw/fm- will try.
anon- i guess...
kasamba-huh?
NY's just as rude and noisy, 'fnot more so (they have a sharper edge and meaner bent)..and a hell of a lot filthier.
israel- where else does a secular cab driver pass out tehillim to his backseat passengers when he hears of the newest spate of bombings on the radio..
where else will a cabbie drive you to your door, even though you told him you only have 20sheq on you and you just realized your meter is way over thst [and he waves it off, no problem]
where else..k. i'm stopping.
wait- i don't get it. if you hate it that much why're you staying??
ayayayayay- there fine people in every group. but there are still the f***ers who know how to ruin a good thing.
and i'm off to find the part of me that i've seemed to lose.
call el al lost-baggage and see if they can locate yourself? (next time tie a tag on, they help much)
interesting that you mention meeting a couple of h.comers, I was recently thinking that it would be nice if you met a couple of them.
tomorrow?
perhaps
Hmm...I'd tell you to stay out of trouble, but would I be wasting my breath?
