crossed bones

yo ho yo ho
a pirate's life for me
we'll steal and kill
and drink our fill
upon the seven seas
and sell the soul
to the cloven one
and never look behind
and if the pig comes for his pay
we'll sink him in the brine!

yo hee ho yo hee ho
so raise the grinning flag!
if you refuse
to share your booze
you'll cast off in a bag
we're on to see uncharted lands
to bury our dubloons
and drink with lass
of higher class
inside a wharf saloon

yo ho yo ho
goodbye to mother dear
it's time me lads,
that we pursue
a nautical career!

You're almost okay. One, because your anger is noble; and two, having run its course for the moment, (as all anger unfortunately does) you have your humor, wit really, to keep safely working with until the next time the world ticks you off .

The sufi masters have a saying. You ain't going to pay attention to it now, but later on it may kick if for you. It goes, "Don't get mad at the general rule." Of course that's tough for a Jewish kid who knows that justice is the highest earthly possible goal.

Read a little more poetry. The Beats and you will probably rhyme. Ferlinghetti's "The Coney Island of the Mind" if you can find it. Gregory Corso's "Should I get Married. Should I be good?" will tickle you.

Stay with it. It's a pain but you sound like you're heading somewhere good.
